This is what was left from early 1998 through early this year. While the remains survived the Nashville Flood in May of
2010, several of the other buildings on the property was not so fortunate and had to be torn down including the Acuff
Theatre, Gaslight Theatre, and a couple more buildings. Needing room to construct a new show building for Gaylord
ICE! which was in the Gaslight Theatre for several years prior to the flood, they finally decided to clear the remains of
the Grizzly to make way for the new building.
